Seller shall be entitled to all insurance proceeds in connection with damage or destruction of personal property and any portion of such proceeds in connection with damage of buildings in excess of the Purchase Price.
For purposes of this Agreement, the “Balance of the Purchase Price” shall mean the Purchase Price deducted by the paid Deposit.
