EARLY TEAR DOWN. Exhibit booths must be staffed and operating during ALL show days and hours. You may NOT dismantle your booth at any time before closing of show at 6:00 pm on Sunday. An early breakdown fee of $500 may be imposed (as stated on Pet Expo Booth Contract, Basic Terms and Conditions). Failure to exhibit all open hours of America’s Family Pet Expo will jeopardize future year’s participation.

  • Early Termination means the Termination of Employment before Normal Retirement Age for reasons other than death, Disability, Termination for Cause or following a Change of Control.

  • Subsequent Reset Period means the period from (and including) the Second Reset Date to (but excluding) the next Subsequent Reset Date, and each successive period from (and including) a Subsequent Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Subsequent Reset Date; and

  • Optional Reset Date has the meaning specified in Section 307(b).

  • Early Amortization Period means the period commencing on the date on which a Trust Early Amortization Event or a Series 2023-A Early Amortization Event is deemed to occur and ending on the Series Termination Date.

  • Cash Settlement Averaging Period means (a) with respect to any Conversion Date occurring on or after the 24th Scheduled Trading Day immediately preceding the Maturity Date, the twenty (20) consecutive Trading Day period ending on, and including, the third Scheduled Trading Day immediately preceding the Maturity Date and (b) in all other cases, the twenty (20) consecutive Trading Day period beginning on, and including, the third Trading Day immediately following the relevant Conversion Date.
