Early Voluntary Termination definition

Early Voluntary Termination means that the Executive, prior to Normal Benefit Date, experiences a Separation from Service for reasons other than Cause, Disability or Early Involuntary Termination, or following a Change in Control.
Early Voluntary Termination means that the Executive, prior to Normal Retirement Age, has terminated employment with the Company for reasons other than Termination for Cause, Disability, Change of Control or Early Involuntary Termination.
Early Voluntary Termination means Separation from Service before Normal Retirement Age except when such Separation from Service occurs: (i) within thirty-six (36) months following a Change in Control; or (ii) due to death, Early Involuntary Termination or Termination for Cause.

Examples of Early Voluntary Termination in a sentence

  • If Early Voluntary Termination occurs, the Employer shall pay the Executive the vested portion of the Deferral Account balance.

  • In the event of an Early Voluntary Termination by the Director, (other than pursuant to the terms of Paragraph 4.3A), then he shall forfeit any and all rights and benefits he may have under the terms of this Agreement and shall have no right to be paid any of the amounts which would otherwise be due or paid to the Director by the Bank pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • The Compensation Committee will report the Accrual Balance to the Executive at least annually and within a reasonable period of time not to exceed 30 days after the date of the Termination of Employment if the Executive is to be paid the Early Voluntary Termination, Early Involuntary Termination or Disability Benefit.

  • Upon an Early Voluntary Termination, the Executive will not be eligible for a benefit under this Agreement.

  • Subject to adjustments under subsection (c) below, immediate full vesting under subsection (d) below and forfeiture under Article 7, the Disability Benefit is the annual installment payment determined in the same manner as for the Early Voluntary Termination Benefit (see Section 3.2(a)).


More Definitions of Early Voluntary Termination

Early Voluntary Termination means that Executive terminates employment with the Bank before January 1, 2017, and such termination is not due to death, Disability, a Termination for Good Reason, or following a Change in Control.
