ECA Financing definition

ECA Financing means any financing provided or supported by one or more government export credit agencies.
ECA Financing means any Indebtedness including Indebtedness owing to or otherwise supported by any export credit agency, in each case, which was incurred by the Borrower and/or its Subsidiaries to finance (i) the acquisition (by purchase, lease or otherwise) construction or improvement of a Satellite in an aggregate principal amount, at any time outstanding, not to exceed $300.0 million and/or (ii) certain services in connection with the launch of a Satellite in an aggregate principal amount, at any time outstanding, not to exceed $500.0 million.
ECA Financing means any subsidized financing of the acquisition of Airbus Industrie aircraft, the repayment obligations of which will be supported by guaranties issued by certain European government export credit agencies (the European Credit Agency Export Finance Program) and a Company Guaranty and a pledge of the assets of (including any rights to or interests in any reserve or security deposit held by) each such Wholly-owned Subsidiary.

ECA Financing has the meaning given to it in the form of Novated Credit Agreement.
ECA Financing means any financing arrangement pursuant to which one or more ECA Guarantor provides guarantees or other credit support (including but not limited to a sale and leaseback transaction or bareboat charter or lease or an arrangement whereby a Vessel under construction is pledged as collateral to secure the indebtedness of a shipbuilder, and, for the avoidance of doubt, committed but undrawn export credit agency facilities), entered into by the Borrower or a Subsidiary for the purpose of financing or refinancing all or any part of the purchase price, cost of design or construction of a Vessel or Vessels or the acquisition of Equity Interests of entities owning, or to own, Vessels.
ECA Financing means any Indebtedness including Indebtedness owing to or otherwise supported by any export credit agency, in each case, which was incurred by the Borrower and/or its Subsidiaries prior to the Specified Schedule Date and set forth on Schedule 1.1(A) to finance (i) the acquisition (by purchase, lease or otherwise) construction or improvement of a Satellite in an aggregate principal amount, at any time outstanding, not to exceed $300.0 million and/or (ii) certain services in connection with the launch of a Satellite in an aggregate principal amount, at any time outstanding, not to exceed $500.0 million.
ECA Financing means the ECA-supported financings described on the Refinancing Eligible Debt Schedule.
ECA Financing has the meaning given to such term in the form of the amended and restated Facility Agreement set out in Schedule 3.
ECA Financing means any financing granted to a member of the Group by a government or public financial institution, export credit agency or other type of non-commercial lending institution, provided that such financing is provided in respect of work in or in connection with a project under a national or international recognized programme established to promote exports or development of a geographical region or research or development of technology or development of new markets.
