ECF Threshold as defined in Section 2.11(c).
ECF Threshold has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 4.4(b)(iv).
ECF Threshold shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.2(a)(ii).
Threshold means with respect to Party B: infinity.
Excess Cash Flow Percentage 50%; provided that the Excess Cash Flow Percentage shall be reduced to (a) 25% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 3.75 to 1.00 and (b) to 0% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 2.25 to 1.00.
stipulated minimum threshold means that portion of local production and content as determined by the Department of Trade and Industry; and
