ECP Dealer Agreement definition

ECP Dealer Agreement means any commercial paper dealer agreement pursuant to which the Issuer (or an affiliate of the Issuer) issues short-term commercial paper notes as part of a euro-commercial paper program in reliance on the exemption from the registration requirements of United States federal and state securities laws under Regulation S promulgated under the Securities Act.
ECP Dealer Agreement means the ECP dealer agreement dated on or about the Closing Date between the Issuer and the ECP Dealers;
