Hospital purchaser/provider agreement (HPPA agreement) means a negotiated agreement entered between the fund and the hospital for the cost of hospital treatment.
Provider agreement means the signed, written, contractual agreement between the department and the provider of services or goods.
Medicare Provider Agreement means an agreement entered into between CMS or other such entity administering the Medicare program on behalf of CMS, and a health care provider or supplier under which the health care provider or supplier agrees to provide services for Medicare patients in accordance with the terms of the agreement and Medicare Regulations.
Provider Agreements means all participation, provider and reimbursement agreements or arrangements now or hereafter in effect for the benefit of Tenant or any Manager in connection with the operation of any Facility relating to any right of payment or other claim arising out of or in connection with Tenant’s participation in any Third Party Payor Program.
Medicaid Provider Agreement means an agreement entered into between a state agency or other such entity administering the Medicaid program and a health care provider or supplier under which the health care provider or supplier agrees to provide services for Medicaid patients in accordance with the terms of the agreement and Medicaid Regulations.
Master Services Agreement means the master services agreement among the Service Providers, the Partnership, BRELP, the Holding Entities and others;
Hotel Management Agreement means any hotel management agreement relating to the management and operation of the Real Property together with all supplements, amendments and modifications thereto.
Investment Management Agreement means the Investment Management Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and between the Investment Manager and the Borrower.
Data Processing Agreement means the data processing agreement located at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/[countrycode]/legal/dpa, where “[countrycode]” means the two-letter abbreviation for the country where your Stripe Account is located.
Program Support Agreement means and includes any Liquidity Agreement and any other agreement entered into by any Program Support Provider providing for: (a) the issuance of one or more letters of credit for the account of any Conduit Purchaser, (b) the issuance of one or more surety bonds for which the such Conduit Purchaser is obligated to reimburse the applicable Program Support Provider for any drawings thereunder, (c) the sale by such Conduit Purchaser to any Program Support Provider of the Purchased Interest (or portions thereof) maintained by such Conduit Purchaser and/or (d) the making of loans and/or other extensions of credit to any Conduit Purchaser in connection with such Conduit Purchaser’s securitization program contemplated in this Agreement, together with any letter of credit, surety bond or other instrument issued thereunder.
SPS Agreement means the Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures which is a part of the WTO Agreement; Subheading means the first six digits in the tariff classification number under the HS; Territory means:
Cardholder Agreement means the agreement between Bank and a Cardholder governing the terms and use of a Card.
Services Agreement means an agreement entered into between a Utility and one or more Affiliates for the provision of Shared Services or For Profit Affiliate Services and shall provide for the following matters as appropriate in the circumstances:
Asset Management Agreement means, as the context requires, any agreement entered into between a Series and an Asset Manager pursuant to which such Asset Manager is appointed as manager of the relevant Series Assets, as amended from time to time.
Assistance Agreement means a for- mal, written agreement between the CDFI Fund and an Awardee which specifies the terms and conditions of assistance under this part;
Investor Agreement means that certain Investor Agreement between the Investor and the Company, to be dated as of the Closing Date, in substantially the form of Exhibit A attached hereto, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Acquisition Agreement Representations means the representations made by or on behalf of the Target and its Subsidiaries in the Acquisition Agreement that are material to the interests of the Lenders but only to the extent that the Borrower or its applicable Affiliates has the right to terminate its obligation to consummate the Acquisition (or otherwise does not have an obligation to close) under the Acquisition Agreement as a result of a breach of or a failure of such representations to be accurate in the Acquisition Agreement.
Data Sharing Agreement A formal agreement that documents what data is being shared and how the data can be used between the Parties. “Data Sharing Code of Practice” the code of practice issued by the Information Commissioner in respect to the sharing of personal data “Data Subject Access Request” a request made by, or on behalf of, a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to the Data Protection Legislation to access their Personal Data.
Transition Services Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.10.
Blanket Issuer Letter of Representations means the Blanket Issuer Letter of Representations between the City, the Registrar and DTC.
