EDI Services definition

EDI Services means the EDI or clearinghouse services described on a Products and Services Exhibit.

EDI Services means Electronic Data Interchange Services and is defined as the application- to-application transfer of business documents between computer application systems of trading partners and/or administrations with minimal manual intervention;

  • USD 3,200 per month for EDI Services plus any out of pocket expenses for licenses, equipment, hardware, IT infrastructure additions to support additional hardware at Recipient, transportation of hardware to Recipient sites, and travel-related costs (if required for Provider personnel to travel) if not already paid for directly by Recipient.

  • The Transfer Surveys shall solicit performance and service-related comments from the Automated Providers about ActaMed's provision of Lab EDI Services for each Region.

  • In no event shall the Performance Standards be less than the comparable Network maintenance and support standards and services ActaMed utilizes for or provides to its other customers receiving services comparable to Lab EDI Services.

  • SBCL shall obtain a signed agreement from such Provider for Lab EDI Services by ActaMed in the form of EXHIBIT II.B.2(b).

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;
