Examples of EDI Services in a sentence
This Agreement applies only to the EDI Services that we provide to you.
Provider will provide EDI Services for a period not to exceed 18 months, starting on the Distribution Date, subject to extension on the terms set forth in the Services Agreement.
The Services to be provided by Provider under Schedule A-1 are referred to generally as the Corporate Website Services, the EDI Services and the Partners Services.
The EDI Services will include operational support, setup of new customers on EDI, and setup of new EDI message types.
The EDI Services cover 40 man-hours per month of maintenance support to include non-core modifications and software bug corrections, constituting the Initial Service Level with respect to the EDI Services.
USD 3,200 per month for EDI Services plus any out of pocket expenses for licenses, equipment, hardware, IT infrastructure additions to support additional hardware at Recipient, transportation of hardware to Recipient sites, and travel-related costs (if required for Provider personnel to travel) if not already paid for directly by Recipient.
The EDI Services will not include, and Provider will not be responsible to support, any modification or enhancement performed by or on behalf of Recipient any time after execution of the Services Agreement.
Monthly report of SBCL clients that have deinstalled (discontinued to use) Lab EDI Services.
SBCL shall obtain a signed agreement from such Provider for Lab EDI Services by ActaMed in the form of EXHIBIT II.B.2(b).
SBCL shall continue to have and support Lab EDI Services between each SBCL Site and SBCL's gateway until migration of such SBCL Site to the ActaMed Gateway is completed.
