Educational activity provider meansa supported research institution or a health care provider or insurer that presents Grand Rounds or offers ac- credited continuing professional edu- cation (or, in the case of a profession or academic discipline whose members are not subject to licensure and which does not have program accreditation re- quirements, an education program de- termined by the designated agency eth- ics official or his designee or, in con- sultation with the designated agency ethics official or his designee, the NIH Director or the NIH Director’s designee to be substantially equivalent to an ac- credited continuing professional edu- cation program), but does not include a substantially affected organization.

  • Educational activity means an activity offered by a school, school district, charter school or county office of education that constitutes an integral fundamental part of elementary and secondary education, including, but not limited to, curricular and extracurricular activities.

  • Education program or activity means locations, events, or circumstances for which the school district exercises substantial control over both the respondent and the context in which the sexual harassment occurs and includes school district education programs or activities that occur on or off of school district property.

  • Emergency medical care provider means an individual who has been trained to provide emergency and nonemergency medical care at the first responder, EMT-basic, EMT-intermediate, EMT-paramedic, paramedic specialist or other certification levels recognized by the department before 1984 and who has been issued a certificate by the department.

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Educational entity means a public school district,

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • School activities means any activity sponsored by the school including, but not limited to, classroom work, library activities, physical education classes, official assemblies and other similar gatherings, school athletic contests, band concerts, school plays and other theatrical productions, and in-school lunch periods.

  • Health Service Provider means a body corporate with perpetual succession established under subsection 32(1)(b) of the Health Services Act 2016 (WA).

  • Ambulance service provider means Latrobe Health Services recognises the following providers for the purposes of paying benefits:

  • Local Service Provider (LSP) is the LEC that provides retail local Exchange Service to an End User. The LSP may or may not provide any physical network components to support the provision of that End User’s service.

  • Behavioral health provider means a person licensed under 34 chapter 18.57, 18.57A, 18.71, 18.71A, 18.83, 18.205, 18.225, or 18.79

  • Interscholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete on a school vs. school basis.
