Effective FCDS Date definition

Effective FCDS Date means the date on which Seller provides Buyer Notice and documentation from CAISO that the Project has attained Full Capacity Deliverability Status, which Buyer subsequently finds, in its reasonable discretion, to be adequate evidence that the Project has attained Full Capacity Deliverability Status.

Related to Effective FCDS Date

  • Extended Termination Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(c).
