Scheduled Commitment Termination Date definition

Scheduled Commitment Termination Date means, unless otherwise extended pursuant to and in accordance with Section 2.14, the Payment Date occurring in May 2024.

• As part of any extension of the Scheduled Commitment Termination Date, the Final Maturity Date shall also be WEIL:\99621584\14\35899.0654 extended by an equal period of time unless otherwise agreed by the Administrative Agent (acting at the direction of the Required Lenders) and the Borrower.

Scheduled Commitment Termination Date contained in Section 1.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by replacing the date “July 28, 2015” contained therein with the date “July 26, 2016”.
