Ekati Core Zone Joint Venture definition

Ekati Core Zone Joint Venture means the unincorporated joint venture arrangement established pursuant to the Ekati Core Zone Joint Venture Agreement in relation to the Ekati Core Zone.
Ekati Core Zone Joint Venture means the unincorporated joint venture arrangement established pursu- ant to the Ekati Core Zone Joint Venture Agreement to undertake the exploration, development and mining of the Ekati Core Zone diamond mine.

If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.

  • Permitted Joint Venture Investment means an Investment by such Person in any other Person engaged in the Oil and Gas Business (a) over which such Person is responsible (either directly or through a services agreement) for day-to-day operations or otherwise has operational and managerial control of such other Person, or veto power over significant management decisions affecting such other Person, and (b) of which at least 30% of the outstanding Equity Interests of such other Person are at the time owned directly or indirectly by such Person.

  • Member-managed limited liability company means a limited liability company that is not a manager-managed limited liability company.
