Elected Chairperson definition

Elected Chairperson means the Member elected Chairperson by the Council for the duration of a meeting in accordance with paragraph 18 of the Instrument.
Elected Chairperson means a person elected by the directors to be thecompany’s chairperson under clause 42;
Elected Chairperson means a person elected by the directors to be the Company’s chairperson under clause 40.
