Examples of Elected Governor in a sentence
An Elected Governor shall be deemed to have confirmed the declaration upon attending any subsequent Meeting of the Governors’ Council, and every agenda for Meetings of the Governors’ Council will draw this to the attention of Elected Governors.
Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, a person appointed by the Governing Board to fill an Elected Governor’s vacancy shall serve until the expiration of the term of the Elected Governor for whom such person was appointed.
An Elected Governor may be a member of the Committee, or may attend meetings (without being a member) at the invitation of the Committee Chair (under Article 27.4 of the Articles of Association).
Removal or Resignation from Office 3.13 A person shall not be eligible to become or continue in office as a Governor if: 3.13.1 any of the grounds contained in paragraph 14 of the Constitution apply to him; 3.13.2 in the case of an Elected Governor, he ceases to be eligible to be a member of the Trust or constituency.
If any National Association with fewer than four Fleets but at least 15 Owner or Life Members has no Elected Governor then they shall be entitled to appoint one Governor.
