Section 4.5. 37 The President of the Association and designated representatives will be provided time off without loss of 38 pay to a maximum of three (3) days per year to attend regional or State meetings when the purpose of 39 those meetings is in the best interests of the District as determined by the District administration.
Section 4.5. 13 Representatives of the Association, upon making their presence known to the District, will have access 14 to the Transportation Department premises of the District during business hours, providing that no 15 conferences or meetings between employees and Association representatives will in any way hamper 16 or obstruct the normal flow of work.
Section 4.5. 7 The President of the Association and designated representatives may be provided time off without loss 8 of pay to a maximum of ten (10) days per year to attend local, regional or State meetings when the 9 purpose of those meetings is in the best interest of the District as determined by the District 10 administration.
Section 4.5. 8 Representatives of the Association will have access to the District premises, provided, that no 9 conferences or meetings between employees and Association representatives will in any way hamper 10 or obstruct the normal flow of work.
Section 4.5. 21 On or before the first (1st) day of November of each year during the term of this Agreement, the 22 District shall provide Public School Employees of Washington with a seniority list including each 23 employee in the bargaining unit. Additional copies shall be provided upon request. The Association 24 shall have thirty (30) days to reconcile any errors or other problems on the seniority list.
Section 4.5. 30 Named officers of the Association will be provided a total of four (4) days time off to attend 31 Association sponsored meetings. The Association will reimburse the District the wages of any 32 employee who attends such meetings. No more than two (2) employees shall be allowed to attend such 33 meetings at any one time. Determination on the release of employees to attend such meetings will be 34 made by the District in order to maintain the District operations. Such request will be made at least 35 three (3) days in advance.
Section 4.5. 21 Upon request and at a time mutually agreed upon by the parties, the District shall provide the Public
Section 4.5. 27 The Association shall promptly be notified by the District of any grievance or any investigation herein
Section 4.5. District shall provide bulletin board space in each school for the use of the Union. The bulletins 34 posted by the Union are the responsibility of the officials of the Union. Each bulletin shall be signed 35 by the Union official responsible for its posting. Unsigned notices or bulletins may not be posted. 36 There shall be no other distribution or posting by employees or the Union of pamphlets, advertising, 37 political matters, notices of any kind, or literature on District property, other than herein provided. The 38 District reserves the right to post notices, announcements, etc., which are of interest and concern to 39 Union members.
Section 4.5. 2 Beginning September 1, during the term of this Agreement, the District will quarterly provide the 3 Association with the name, position, work site location, hire date, hourly rate, hours per day, to include 4 base workdays, holidays and vacation days per year scheduled to be worked by employees in the 5 bargaining unit.
