A Registered Voter interested in filing a challenge must file a written Election Challenge describing the alleged violation in detail with the Secretary of the Election Board no later than 5:00 PM Pacific Time three (3) calendar Days following the certification of the election results (“Election Challenge Deadline”).
The certified winners of a General Tribal Election shall be installed on the second Saturday in July following the completion of the Election Challenge process, as described in Article 13 – Election Challenges.
