Election Officer or "election official" means any of the following:
Nomination and Remuneration Committee means a Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, constituted in accordance with the provisions of Section 178 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Agreement.
Corporate governance annual disclosure means a report an insurer or insurance group files in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 16b, Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure Act.
Executive Officers means the Company's “executive officers” as defined in 12 C.F.R. § 215.2(e)(1) (regardless of whether or not such regulation is applicable to the Company).
General election means an election held in the Commonwealth on the Tuesday after the first
Contracting election officer means an election officer who enters into a contract
County officers means those county officers that are required by law to be
Officers Certificate” means a certificate signed on behalf of the Company by two Officers of the Company, one of whom must be the principal executive officer, the principal financial officer, the treasurer or the principal accounting officer of the Company, that meets the requirements of Section 12.05 hereof.
by-election means a trustee election to fill a vacancy on the Board in any of the circumstances described in section 36 of the School Act.
Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee means the nominating and corporate governance committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
Deferral Contributions are Salary Reduction Contributions and Cash or Deferred Contributions the Employer contributes to the Trust on behalf of an Eligible Employee, irrespective of whether, in the case of Cash or Deferred Contributions, the contribution is at the election of the Employee. For Salary Reduction Contributions, the terms "deferral contributions" and "elective deferrals" have the same meaning.
Directors Fees means the annual fees paid by any Employer, including retainer fees and meetings fees, as compensation for serving on the board of directors.
Provider election officer means an election officer who enters into a contract or
Qualified Nonelective Contributions means contributions of the Plan Sponsor or an Affiliate, other than Matching Contributions or Elective Deferrals, which are nonforfeitable when made, and which would be nonforfeitable regardless of the age or service of the Employee or whether the Employee is employed on a certain date, and which may not be distributed, except upon one of the events described under Code Section 401(k)(2)(B) and the regulations thereunder.
Principal officers for a corporation means the officers designated under Subsection 31A-5-203(3).
Resolution of Directors means either:
Election Sign means a sign advertising or promoting the election of a political party or a candidate for public office in a federal, provincial or municipal election;
Regular general election means the election held throughout the state on the first
Segregation of Duties means the assignment of different people in the responsibility of authorising transactions, recording transactions and maintaining custody of assets with the intention of reducing the opportunities to allow any person to be in a position to both perpetrate and conceal fraud or error due to fraud in the normal course of their duties.
REMIC Election An election, for federal income tax purposes, to treat certain assets as a REMIC.
Deferral Election means the Participant’s election under Section 3.1 to defer all or a portion of his or her Compensation.
10) Election has the meaning set forth in Section 6.05(a).
Regular election means an election held on a regular election date to elect an individual to, or nominate an individual for, elective office in the regular course of the terms of that elective office.
Nonelective Contribution means an amount contributed by a participating
Designated Officers means and includes, individually or jointly, the President, the Vice President, the Business Administrator, and the Secretary of the Board of School Directors (and their appropriate successors acting by reason of absence or other incapacity), being those duly elected or appointed and acting officials of the Local Government Unit hereby authorized to undertake and perform the actions herein specified, which are necessary and proper to the issuance of the Bonds and compliance with the Debt Act.
Bonus Compensation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(b).
