Election Package definition

Election Package means a package consisting of a Deferral Election, an Investment Election and such other forms and documents distributed to Nonemployee Directors by the Plan Administrator for the purpose of allowing them to elect to actively participate in the Plan for a Plan Year.
Election Package means a package consisting of a Deferral Election, a Bonus Deferral Election, a Performance Share Deferral Election, an Investment Election and such other forms and documents distributed to an Eligible Executive by the Plan Administrator for the purpose of allowing such Eligible Executive to elect to actively participate in the Plan for a Plan Year.
