Arrangements adopted in a secret ballot election held pursuant to this order prior to 1998, or under the rules in effect prior to 1998, and before the performance of the work, shall remain valid after July 1, 2000 provided that the results of the election are reported by the employer to the Office of Policy, Research and Legislation by January 1, 2001, in accordance with the requirements of subsection (C) below (Election Procedures).
