Electric Business definition

Electric Business means the electric distribution system and business of Seller operated in the State of Georgia and all assets related thereto, including, without limitation, all real estate, motor vehicles, cash and accounts receivable.
Electric Business means the electric utility business conducted by Seller serving customers in the Territory.
Electric Business means the activities carried on by the Seller for the purpose of generating electric energy and transmitting and distributing electric energy to, or on behalf of, wholesale and retail customers.

Electric Business. ’ means the electric utility business conducted by Seller serving customers in the Territory.
