Electric distribution cooperative definition

Electric distribution cooperative means a cooperative corporation organized and doing business under the Rural Electric Cooperative Act, 18 O.S. 1971, § § 437-437.30, engaged in the retail distribution of electric energy.
Electric distribution cooperative means a cooperative as defined by K.S.A. 17-4603, and amendments thereto, that is engaged in the retail sale and distribution of electricity and does not own or operate any generation or wholesale transmis- sion facilities within the state of Kansas.

  • Distributed Generation means generating plant equipment collectively used for generating electricity that is connected, or proposed to be connected, to the Network or a Customer's Installation, but does not include:

  • Distributor / Distribution Company means Company(ies), Firm(s), Sole Proprietorship concern(s), individual(s), Banks or any other Financial Institution appointed by the Management Company under intimation to the Trustee for performing any or all of the Distribution Functions and who are registered with MUFAP as Registered Service Providers. The Management Company may itself also performs the Distribution Function.

  • Distribution Protocol means the plan for distributing the Settlement Amount and accrued interest, in whole or in part, as approved by the Courts.

  • Planned External Financed Generation Capacity Resource means a Planned External Generation Capacity Resource that, prior to August 7, 2015, has an effective agreement that is the equivalent of an Interconnection Service Agreement, has submitted to the Office of the Interconnection the appropriate certification attesting achievement of Financial Close, and has secured at least 50 percent of the MWs of firm transmission service required to qualify such resource under the deliverability requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Distribution Services means the service of distribution, as defined in section 5 of the Act;
