For the purposes of clause 2.3.1(e), a person may classify its electricity purchased at a connection point in South Australia if the person is a retailer or a customer pursuant to the Electricity Act and regulations.
In addition, the Indian Electricity Rules, Electricity Act 2003, CEA Regulations, Statutory requirements of Central Govt., GERC and State Government of Gujarat (applicable codes), shall also be complied with.
The bidder shall take entire responsibility for electrical safety of the installation(s) including connectivity with the grid and follow all the safety rules & regulations applicable as per Electricity Act, 2003 and CEA guidelines etc.

In addition the relevant clauses of the Indian Electricity Act 1910 and Indian Electricity Rules 1956 as amended upto date shall also apply.
