The Delaware Trustee is hereby authorized to rely upon and comply with instructions and directions sent by e-mail, facsimile and other similar unsecured electronic methods ("Electronic Methods") by persons believed by each of them to be authorized to give instructions and directions on behalf of the Trustor or a Certificateholder.
The Issuer agrees to assume all risks arising out of the use of Electronic Methods to submit instructions and directions to the Trustee, including without limitation the risk of the Trustee acting on unauthorized instructions, and the risk of interception and misuse by third parties.
