As used in this Section, the following terms have the meanings ascribed to such termsbelow: EMMA means the MSRB’s Electronic Municipal Market Access system, accessible by thegeneral public, without charge, on the internet through the uniform resource locator (URL) http://www.emma.msrb.org.
