Electronic signature in global and national commerce act: A federal statute designed to recognize electronic contracts as meeting the writing requirement of the statute of frauds Exclusive license: The license that grants the licensee exclusive rights to use informational rights for a specified duration.
Electronic Signatures means any electronic symbol or process attached to, or associated with, any contract or other record and adopted by a person with the intent to sign, authenticate or accept such contract or record.
Electronic act means the creation or transmission originated on or off the schoolsite, by means of an electronic device, including, but not limited to, a telephone, wireless telephone, or other wireless communication device, computer, or pager, of a communication, including, but not limited to, any of the following:
Electronic Signature means an electronic sound, symbol, or process attached to, or associated with, a contract or other record and adopted by a Person with the intent to sign, authenticate or accept such contract or record.
Electronic Health Record shall have the same meaning as the term is defined in section 13400 of the HITECH Act (42 U.S.C. §17921(5).
Federal Power Act means the Federal Power Act, as amended, 16 U.S.C. §§ 791a, et seq.
