Electronic service definition

Electronic service means the electronic service provided by the Comptroller under section 8A(1);
Electronic service means each and every product and service we offer that you apply for, use, administer or access using the Internet, a website, email, messaging services (including text messaging) and/or software applications (including applications for mobile or hand-held devices), either now or in the future.
Electronic service or “e-service” means the electronic service of information by means of the electronic-filing system under this rule. It does not include service by alternative electronic service under MCR 2.107(C)(4).

  • Ameritech shall provide access to, and Requesting Carrier shall use, the electronic interface described in Ameritech’s then-current Electronic Service Ordering Guide (the “Provisioning EI”) for the transfer and receipt of data necessary to perform each of the pre-ordering, ordering and provisioning functions associated with Requesting Carrier’s order of Resale Services.

  • You release us and our Affiliates and Service Providers and the employees and contractors of each of these, from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature arising out of or in any way connected with any dispute that may arise between you or one or more other users of the Site or the applicable Electronic Service.

  • You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless us and our Affiliates and Service Providers and their Affiliates and the employees and contractors of each of these, from any loss, damage, claim or demand (including attorney’s fees) made or incurred by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement and/or your use of the Site or the applicable Electronic Service.

  • You agree that we may provide notice to you by posting it on the Site, sending you an in-product message within the Electronic Services, emailing it to an email address that you have provided us, mailing it to any postal address that you have provided us, or by sending it as a text message to any mobile phone number that you have provided us, including but not limited to the mobile phone number that you have listed in your Electronic Service setup or member profile.

  • Through your enrollment in or use of each Electronic Service, you agree that we reserve the right to request a review of your credit rating at our own expense through an authorized bureau.


More Definitions of Electronic service

Electronic service means the electronic transmission of a link where the registered users who are entitled to receive notice of the filing may view and download filed documents.
Electronic service means the electronic transmission of a notice of filing by the electronic filing system to the electronic mail (email) address of a party who has consented to electronic service under UTCR 21.100(1). The notice will contain a hyperlink to access a document that was filed electronically for the purpose of accomplishing service.

Electronic Service shall be complete when transmitted, shall be presumed to have been received by the intended recipient, and shall have the same legal effect as the service of an original paper document. Delivery of a copy within this rule means: handing it to the attorney or to the party; or leaving it at the office of the attorney or of the party with the person in charge thereof; or, if there is no one in charge, leaving it in a conspicuous place therein, or, if the office is closed or the person to be served has no office, leaving it at the person’s dwelling house or usual place of abodewith some person of suitable age and discretion then residing therein. Service by regular mail is complete upon mailing.
