Electronic Violence and Vandalism Reporting System definition

Electronic Violence and Vandalism Reporting System means the electronic system, or other similar system developed by the Department, used to collect information from school districts to fulfill the requirements of N.J.S.A. 18A:17-46 and 48, as amended by P.L. 2010, c.122.]

  • Electronic Health Record shall have the same meaning as the term is defined in section 13400 of the HITECH Act (42 U.S.C. §17921(5).

  • Electronic Protected Health Information has the same meaning as the term “electronic protected health information” at 45 C.F.R. § 160.103, limited to Protected Health Information created or received by Business Associate from or on behalf of Covered Entity. For the convenience of the parties, Electronic Protected Health Information means Protected Health Information that is (i) transmitted by electronic media; (ii) maintained in electronic media.

  • Electronic prescription means a written prescription that is generated on an electronic application and is transmitted to a pharmacy as an electronic data file; Schedules II through V prescriptions shall be transmitted in accordance with 21 CFR Part 1300.
