Elevated pool means any pool constructed above ground level within or upon an architectural structure.

Elevated pool means any pool regulated under this section which is installed over a building (as defined in the Florida Building Code), including any associated troughs, gutters, or tanks.454.1.2.1 Pool structure.Pools shall be constructed of concrete or other impervious and structurally rigid material.
