Eligible Assets definition

Eligible Assets means property that is used or useful in the same or a similar line of business as the Borrower and its Subsidiaries were engaged in on the Closing Date (or any reasonable extension or expansions thereof).
Eligible Assets means the instruments in which the Fund may invest as described in Exhibit B to this Agreement, which may be amended from time to time with the prior written consent of the Purchaser.
Eligible Assets means shares of the Fund and such other assets as the Fund and BNYM may mutually agree.

Examples of Eligible Assets in a sentence

  • As of the Effective Date, the Fund owns only Eligible Assets, as described in Exhibit B to this Agreement.

  • Shares of other investment companies (open- or closed-end funds and ETFs) the assets of which consist entirely of Eligible Assets based on the Investment Adviser’s assessment of the assets of each such investment company taking into account the investment company’s most recent publicly available schedule of investments and publicly disclosed investment policies.

  • If either (i) the Issuer has satisfied the Trustee that it has made arrangements for the realisation of no more than the equivalent proportion of the Eligible Assets and for the purchase of any Notes, which transaction will leave the Issuer with no net liabilities in respect thereof or (ii) the Trustee has otherwise agreed in writing, the Issuer may purchase Notes in the open market or otherwise at any price subject to and in compliance with any applicable law and stock exchange regulations.

  • The Specific Portfolios Pursuant to the Master Trust Deed, the Issuer has, subject to the terms and conditions thereof, covenanted to invest the net proceeds of each issue of a Specific Series of Notes in securities and/or deposits and/or derivative transactions which meet the criteria set out below (each a “Specific Eligible Asset” and, together with the General Eligible Assets, the “Eligible Assets”).

  • The total amount identified in item 2 (above) together with any Municipal Obligations issued by the same issuer and rated A by Fitch may comprise no more than 10% of total Fitch Eligible Assets.


More Definitions of Eligible Assets

Eligible Assets means the instruments in which the Issuer may invest as described in Exhibit B to this Agreement, which may be amended from time to time with the prior written consent of the Purchaser.

Eligible Assets means financial assets, either fixed or revolving, that by their terms convert into cash within a finite time period plus any rights or other assets designed to assure the servicing or timely distribution of proceeds to security holders.
