Eligible Assets definition

Eligible Assets means property that is used or useful in the same or a similar line of business as the Borrower and its Subsidiaries were engaged in on the Closing Date (or any reasonable extension or expansions thereof).
Eligible Assets means the instruments in which the Fund may invest as described in Exhibit B to this Agreement, which may be amended from time to time with the prior written consent of the Purchaser.
Eligible Assets means shares of the Fund and such other assets as the Fund and BNYM may mutually agree.
