On Redemption Trade Date, in the case of a cash Redemption Order, the Trust in its sole discretion, shall select a Liquidity Provider and execute a trade to sell the SOL in exchange for cash to be delivered on the Redemption Settlement Date.
If the Authorized Participant or its designee, or the Liquidity Provider, as applicable, fails to consummate the foregoing, the order shall be cancelled.
Upon settlement of the SOL sale by the Trust to the Liquidity Provider and the receipt of the Liquidity Provider’s cash in the Trust’s Clearing Account, the Trust instructs the SOL Custodian to transfer the cash to the Trust’s Cash Custodian account.
