Eligible Consumer definition

Eligible Consumer means a consumer of electricity in the area of supply of the distribution licensee, who uses a rooftop solar system installed in the consumer premises, to offset part or all of the consumer's own electrical requirements, given that such systems can be self-owned or third party owned;
Eligible Consumer means a consumer of electricity in the area of supply of the Distribution Licensee, who uses or intends to use a grid connected rooftop Solar PV system installed in the consumer premises given that such systems can be self-owned or third party owned;
Eligible Consumer means a consumer of electricity in the area of supply of the distribution licensee, who uses or proposes to use a solar energy system, whether owned by him or by a third party, installed in his premises to meet all or part of his energy requirement;

  • Any other use of Eligible Consumer data without the prior written consent of the Town is strictly prohibited.

  • Competitive Supplier further recognizes that this ESA does not guarantee that any individual Eligible Consumer will be served by the Competitive Supplier.

More Definitions of Eligible Consumer

Eligible Consumer means a consumer of electricity in the area of supply of the licensee, who intends to install or has installed a rooftop solar system in his premises, to offset part or all of his own energy requirement;
Eligible Consumer means a consumer of electricity in the area of supply of the Distribution Licensee who uses or intends to use a Renewable Energy Generating System having a capacity less than 1 MW, installed on a roof-top or any other mounting structure in his premises, to meet all or part or no part of his own electricity requirement, and includes a Consumer catering to a common load such as a Housing Society:
Eligible Consumer means such a consumer getting supply of electricity from distribution licensee in its area of supply, who uses or intends to use a rooftop Solar PV system installed in his premises to offset part or all of the consumer's own electrical requirements as per the provisions of these regulations;
Eligible Consumer means a consumer of electricity in the area of supply of the distribution licensee, who uses a self-owned or third party owned solar power project, to offset part or all of the consumer’s own electricity requirements.
Eligible Consumer means a consumer of electricity in the area of supply of the distribution licensee, who uses Renewable Energy system installed in his premises to offset part or all of the consumer's own electrical requirements or who uses Renewable Energy system installed in his premises for energy generation without accounting for self-consumption/self-use given that such systems can be self-owned or third party owned;
