SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY. Subject to all relevant Laws, We agree to sell electricity to You at Your Premises and You agree to purchase electricity from Us in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in this Contract. The quantity of electricity supplied by Us to You will be the amount measured by the Meter at Your Premises. We will also provide an account management service in accordance with the Small Use Customer Code.

SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY. 4.1 This clause 4 applies if the Schedule specifies that the Owner is an Embedded Network Exempt Seller. 4.2 The Owner supplies electricity to patrons of the Caravan Park through an embedded network owned by the Owner. 4.3 The Principal Occupant has the right to either – (a) purchase electricity from the Owner; or (b) purchase electricity from an electricity retailer of the Principal Occupant’s choice. 4.4 If the Principal Occupant elects to purchase electricity from a retailer (“External Retailer”) other than the Owner then the Principal Occupant must bear all costs that must be incurred to facilitate the supply of electricity by the External Retailer to the Site. 4.5 If the Principal Occupant elects to purchase electricity from the Owner, the Principal Occupant will be liable to pay the Owner, in addition to usage charges, any electrical supply charge or other periodic fee for the supply of electricity as determined, amended or published from time to time by the Office of the Essential Services Commission.

SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY. 3.1. With effect from the Effective Date, Good Energy agrees to Supply each Connection Point and the Customer agrees to pay for such Supply for the Supply Period in accordance with this Agreement. 3.2. Ownership of and risk of the electricity supplied under this Agreement passes to the Customer at the Connection Point. Any electrical losses incurred from the Connection Point to the Property shall be borne by the Customer. 3.3. Good Energy will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the Local Network Operator limits any variations in the Supply to the tolerances permitted by law but Good Energy does not guarantee that the Supply will be free from variations in voltage or frequency. The Customer must notify Good Energy if an uninterrupted, unreduced, unimpaired or continuous Supply or emergency or stand-by capability is required in respect of any Connection Point. In such circumstances, Good Energy will not Supply any such Connection Point under this Agreement and may enter into a separate agreement for the provision of such Supply. 3.4. The Registered Supplier for the Agreement is Good Energy. 3.5. Good Energy may agree to fix certain Charges payable under this Agreement for a period of time in order to protect the Customer from fluctuations in cost which the Customer would otherwise be exposed to. Any such agreement will be set out in the Commercial Terms. If any loss, cost or expense is incurred or levied upon Good Energy as a result of or in connection with the Supply which is not explicitly referred to as being fixed in the Commercial Terms, the Customer shall, on demand, reimburse Good Energy, and hold it harmless in respect of, such loss, cost or expense.
SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY. The Employer makes available to the Contractor a temporary 220/230/380 Volt AC electricity supply free of charge from the closest existing point of supply. The cost of cabling from point of supply to the Contractor’s yard/offices is borne by the Contractor. The cost of additional connection or points is borne by the Contractor. The Contractor makes provision for the necessary extensions and plug points. Any changes made to existing supplies are for the Contractor’s account.

SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY. 8.1 You acknowledge that the Distributor is responsible for the supply of electricity to the Supply Address. You acknowledge that the supply of electricity may be subject to variations in voltage and frequency and may contain voltage surges, which may cause damage to your appliances or premises. We are unable to guarantee the quality and security of the supply of electricity. 8.2 The Distributor may disconnect, interrupt or reduce the supply of electricity to the Supply Address. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release us from any liability for such disconnection, interruption or reduction in the supply of electricity or any variation in the voltage and frequency of the supply.

SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY. 10.01 Subject to NAPOCOR supplying the necessary fuel and start up electricity pursuant to Clause 9, HOPEWELL agrees to convert such fuel into electricity and NAPOCOR agrees to take all electricity requested by NAPOCOR in accordance with the procedures set out in the Sixth Schedule and the Operating Parameters set out in the Second Schedule. 10.02 The quantities of electricity delivered to NAPOCOR by HOPEWELL from time to time shall be monitored, measured and recorded in accordance with the provisions of the Seventh Schedule. 10.03 HOPEWELL shall notify NAPOCOR promptly of the occurrence of any event (other than scheduled Downtime) which results or may result in the Power Station being unable to operate in accordance with the Specifications and within the Operating Parameters. 10.04 The place for delivery of the electricity shall be the Delivery Points.
