Third Party Owned means in which a developer owns the Rooftop Solar system and also enters into a lease or commercial arrangement with the rooftop owner;
Third Party Owned means ownership in which a developer owns a Solar Power Plant that is installed on the roof or elevated structure or land for which a commercial lease or revenue share agreement with the owner has been entered into by the developer / Solar Power Generator.
Third Party Owned means a Solar Project owned by a Solar Power Developer that is installed on the roof or elevated structure or land for which a commercial lease or the premises as defined in 1(30) above or revenue share agreement with the owner has been entered into by the Solar Project Developer;

  • Third Party Materials means any materials and information, including documents, data, know-how, ideas, methodologies, specifications, software, content, and technology, in any form or media, in which any Person other than the State or Contractor owns any Intellectual Property Right, but excluding Open-Source Components.

  • Third Person has the meaning set forth in Section 11.3.

  • Third Party Provider means licensors, subcontractors and suppliers of BNYM furnishing the Third Party Products.
