Eligible Fund definition

Eligible Fund means an open-end fund managed by Xxxxxx and designated by the Boards as a fund that may be chosen by a Participant as a fund in which the Participant’s Account may be deemed to be invested.

Eligible Funds shall be listed on Exhibit B to the Plan, which shall be revised from time to time by the Administrator; provided, however, that failure to list an Eligible Fund on Exhibit B shall not affect its status as an Eligible Fund. The Administrator shall report to the Board on a quarterly basis any changes to Exhibit B.
