Eligible HP Products means the current HP computer and peripheral products that SM is allowed to provide warranty and hardware repair service for under the SM Agreement. Eligible HP Products are HP Personal Systems (such as HP Business PCs or HP Commercial Notebooks), Imaging & Printing products (such as HP LaserJet shared printers, HP DeskJet shared printers, and HP DesignJet large format printing).

Examples of Eligible HP Products in a sentence

  • HP permits SM, in describing its relationship with HP, to identify itself as an HP SM for those Eligible HP Products, and only those Eligible HP Products, the Agreement permits SM to service.

  • SM shall comply with all policies and processes of Service Notices, Advisories and Bulletins on Eligible HP Products set forth on the HP Partner Portal, Channel Services Network web site and the Operations Guide for the SM Program.

  • Exam fees and training costs for Eligible HP Products requiring instructor-led training shall be the sole financial responsibility of SM.

  • Service-Qualified Technicians are authorized to service Eligible HP Products only while in the employment of an SM with an active SM Agreement.

  • Only Service-Qualified Technicians may provide Support on Eligible HP Products.

  • SM must have a minimum of one (1) Service-Qualified Technician assigned to each service location on Eligible HP Products that SM will service in that location.

  • SM shall receive a discount on parts for Eligible HP Products as listed on the HP Parts Price List available through ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇/partners/csn.

  • HP appoints SM to perform Warranty Hardware Repair Service on Eligible HP Products.

  • Authorized Support Partner Program" means the HP program that authorizes Authorized Support Partner to perform warranty hardware repair service on Eligible HP Products at Customer sites or repair locations.

  • SM shall only be eligible to receive free parts and labor reimbursement for valid warranty repairs performed on Eligible HP Products by Service- Qualified Technicians as defined on Section 1.C of this SM Agreement.

Related to Eligible HP Products

  • Eligible Products means one of the following purchases of HP Printer SKU’s sold through a Participating Partner to an end user:

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • Eligible Product means, instead of the definition in FAR 25.003—

  • Designated Products means products provided by Motorola to Licensee with which or for which the Software and Documentation is licensed for use.

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
