  • Nonresident pharmacy means a pharmacy located outside of Utah that sells to a person in Utah.

  • Eligible Finished Goods Inventory means all Finished Goods Inventory that is Eligible Inventory.

  • Eligible Employees means each employee of the Company or an Affiliate.
