Eligible Survivor definition

Eligible Survivor means the Insured Employee's:
Eligible Survivor means your spouse, if living, otherwise your children under age 25.
Eligible Survivor means your spouse or Domestic Partner, if living, otherwise your children under age 25.

  • Prohibition Against Assignment No benefit payable from the Plan to any Member or Eligible Survivor or any other person shall be subject in any manner to anticipation, alienation, sale, transfer, assignment, pledge, encumbrance, or charge, and any attempt to anticipate, alienate, sell, transfer, assign, pledge, encumber, or charge the same shall be void.
