Eligible Used Vehicle definition

Eligible Used Vehicle means a roadworthy UK vehicle first registered in the UK on or before 31 December 2009. The Eligible Used Vehicle must be currently registered in the name of the person who will be the registered owner and keeper of the used Leaf (in whose name finance is obtained), and the Eligible Used Vehicle must have been registered in such person’s name for at least the 90 days prior to taking up this offer. The name and address in the Vehicle Log Book of the Eligible Used Vehicle must match the name and address of the owner of the used Leaf. The Vehicle Log Book / V5 must be submitted via email toswitch@nissan.co.uk.

Eligible Used Vehicle means any Floor Plan Used Vehicle of any Borrower that is held for sale in the ordinary course of such Borrower’s business; provided that in no event shall any Floor Plan Used Vehicle be deemed an Eligible Used Vehicle unless all representations and warranties set forth in the Collateral Documents with respect to such Floor Plan Used Vehicle are true and correct and such Floor Plan Used Vehicle:

  • Used vehicle means a Vehicle other than a New Vehicle.

  • Covered Vehicle means a private passenger vehicle (including mini-vans, pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles) which is registered or rented to You during Your Trip, which is rated ¾ ton in weight or less, not used for racing, dealer services, dealer loaners, taxi, limousine, shuttle, delivery, hauling, towing, road repair service, construction service, snow removal, or as a public livery vehicle, or any other commercial use.

  • Off-Road Vehicle means any vehicle while it is being operated on a road not maintained by a federal, provincial, state, or local agency, not including entrance or departure ways to private property, or any vehicle which cannot be licensed to drive on a public road and is designed and manufactured primarily for off-road usage.
