Elimination Rounds definition

Elimination Rounds means, all the applicable Championship Round, Semifinal Round, Quarterfinal Round, Octofinal Round, Round of 32, and Run-Off Round conducted at Qualifying, Friendly, or International Rounds.

For purposes of computing Actual Deferral Percentages, an Employee who would be a Participant but for his failure to make Elective Deferrals shall be treated as a Participant on whose behalf no Elective Deferrals are made.

  • Salary Reduction means the amount by which the Participant's Compensation is reduced and applied by the Employer under this Plan to pay for one or more of the Benefits, as permitted for the applicable Component, before any applicable state and/or federal taxes have been deducted from the Participant's Compensation (i.e., on a pre-tax basis).
