Emergency Spare Parts means those spare parts or components required by the Purchaser to repair any item of Plant supplied pursuant to the Contract in the event of a breakdown not attributable to a failure covered by guarantee or a failure of the Supplier to provide adequate Spare Parts, or Consumables.
