Emergency Vehicular Access definition

Emergency Vehicular Access means the vehicular access/emergency vehicular access within the said land and the Estate as the same may from time to time be re-aligned, and forming part of the Estate Common Areas and Facilities, and is for the purpose of identification only shown on the plan(s) deposited in the management office of the Estate and annexed hereto and thereon coloured orange and designated “VEHICULAR ACCESS/EMERGENCY VEHICULAR ACCESS” and shall also include the vehicular access/emergency vehicular access run in/out forming part thereof;
