Emergency Vehicular Access definition

Emergency Vehicular Access means the vehicular access/emergency vehicular access within the said land and the Estate as the same may from time to time be re-aligned, and forming part of the Estate Common Areas and Facilities, and is for the purpose of identification only coloured orange and marked with "Emergency Vehicular Access" or "Vehicular Access/Emergency Vehicular Access" on the plans annexed hereto;
