Employed Lawyers. Claim” means any Claim where the Wrongful Act alleged directly arises from the actual or alleged performance of, or the actual or alleged failure to perform, Professional Services by any natural person Insured who is named in the Claim.
Employed Lawyers means all persons admitted to practice law who were, now are or shall be employed by the Entity as full time, or part-time and salaried lawyers, but solely while performing professional services for the Entity.
