Employee Census definition

Employee Census shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(a).

Employee Census means a complete and accurate census of all Business Employees detailing, to the extent permitted by applicable Law, (i) name or employee identification number, (ii) the date of hire, (iii) title or position, (iv) employing entity, (v) work location, (vi) classification, (vii) leave status and (viii) such employee’s annualized compensation as of the date of such census, including base salary, vacation and paid time off accrual amounts, bonus and commission potential, severance pay potential and any other compensation forms, if applicable.

Employee Census means a complete and accurate census of the Company Employees detailing, to the extent permitted by applicable Law, (i) name or employee identification number, (ii) the date of hire, (iii) title or position, (iv) employing entity, (v) work location, (vi) classification, (vii) full-time or part time status, (viii) leave status and (ix) such employee’s annualized compensation as of the date of such census, including base salary, vacation and paid time off accrual amounts, bonus and commission potential, severance pay potential and any other compensation forms, if applicable.

Employee Census is defined in Section 4.16(d) of this Agreement.
