Employee Inventions definition

Employee Inventions all discoveries, inventions, improvements, designs, innovations and works of authorship (including all data and records pertaining thereto) that relate to the business of Employer, whether or not able to be patented, copyrighted or reduced to writing, that Employee may discover, invent or originate during the term of his employment pursuant to this Agreement, and for a period of six (6) months following the termination of this Agreement, either alone or with other persons and whether or not during working hours or by the use of the facilities of Employer.

Employee Inventions means Inventions that: (1) result from any work performed directly or indirectly by me for Analogic; (2) result, at least in part, from my use of Analogic’s time, equipment, supplies, facilities, trade secret information, or resources generally; or (3) relate, at the time of conception or reduction to practice of the Invention, to Analogic’s business, project, or products or to the manufacture or use thereof or the actual or demonstrably anticipated research or development of Analogic.

Employee Inventions means any and all processes, inventions, technology, computer programs, original works of authorship, designs, formulas, patents, discoveries, copyrights and all improvements, rights, and Suntech Power Co., Ltd. Employment Agreement claims that are conceived, developed or reduced to practice by the Employee alone or with others.

Examples of Employee Inventions in a sentence

• If it is determined that any such works are not works made for hire, the Executive hereby assigns to the Employer all of the Executive's right, title, and interest, including all rights of copyright, patent, and other intellectual property rights, to or in such Employee Inventions.

• If it is determined that any such works are not works made for hire, the Employee hereby assigns to the Employer all of the Employee's right, title, and interest, including all rights of copyright, patent, and other intellectual property rights, to or in such Employee Inventions.

• To protect the interest of the Company, you will need to sign the Company's standard "Employee Inventions and Confidentiality Agreement" as a condition of your employment.

• The Executive acknowledges that all of the Executive's writing, works of authorship, and other Employee Inventions are works made for hire and the property of the Employer, including any copyrights, patents, or other intellectual property rights pertaining thereto.

• Employee agrees and acknowledges that all Employee Inventions will belong exclusively to the Company and that all Employee Inventions are works made for hire and the property of the Company, including any copyrights, patents, semiconductor mask protection, or other intellectual property rights pertaining thereto.

• Executive agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the Company’s standard Employee Inventions and Proprietary Rights Assignment Agreement as executed by Executive and attached hereto as Exhibit A.

• If it is determined that any such works are not works made for hire, the Executive hereby assigns to the Employer all of the Executive's right, title, and interest, including all rights of copyright, patent, semiconductor mask protection, and other intellectual property rights, to or in such Employee Inventions.

• The Executive acknowledges that all of the Executive's writing, works of authorship, specially commissioned works, and other Employee Inventions are works made for hire and the property of the Employer, including any copyrights, patents, or other intellectual property rights pertaining thereto.

Employee Inventions has a meaning as defined in Section 4.1(a).
