Sole Inventions definition

Sole Inventions has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1.

Sole Inventions will have the meaning set forth in Section 13.1(b).

Sole Inventions means any and all Inventions (other than Antibody Inventions) made, discovered or developed solely by one Party and its employees or agents (including, without limitation, consultants or contractors who have assigned rights to inventions to a Party).

Examples of Sole Inventions in a sentence

• Each Party will promptly disclose to the other Party all invention disclosures submitted to such Party by its or its Affiliates’ employees describing Joint Inventions and Sole Inventions.

• Each Party shall promptly disclose to the other any invention disclosures, or other similar documents, submitted to it by its employees, agents or independent contractors describing inventions that may be either Sole Inventions or Joint Inventions, and all Information relating to such inventions.

• Each Party shall promptly disclose to the other all Sole Inventions or Joint Inventions, including all invention disclosures or other similar documents submitted to such Party by its, or its Affiliates’, employees, agents or independent contractors describing such Sole Inventions or Joint Inventions.

• Inventorship for all Sole Inventions and Joint Inventions will be determined under the patent laws of the United States.

• Neither party shall make any claim to the other party’s Sole Inventions.

Sole Inventions has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1 (Ownership of Inventions).

Sole Inventions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(a).
