Examples of Employee Options in a sentence
Employee Options: Employees may enroll, change or cease their contributions at any time.
Employee Options granted hereunder shall be for such term as the Committee shall determine, provided that an Incentive Stock Option shall not be exercisable after the expiration of ten (10) years from the date it is granted (five (5) years in the case of an Incentive Stock Option granted to a Ten-Percent Stockholder) and a Nonqualified Stock Option shall not be exercisable after the expiration of ten (10) years from the date it is granted.
Subject to the provisions of the Plan, the Committee shall have full and final authority to select those Eligible Individuals who will receive Employee Options, and the terms and conditions of the grant to such Eligible Individuals shall be set forth in an Agreement.
The Committee may, in its discretion, modify outstanding Employee Options or accept the surrender of outstanding Employee Options (to the extent not exercised) and grant new Options in substitution for them.
Employee Options and Consultant Options shall be subject to earlier termination as hereinafter provided.
