Employee Stock Option definition

Employee Stock Option means an option granted to an Employee, which gives such Employee the right, but not an obligation, to purchase or subscribe at a future date the Shares underlying the Option at a pre-determined price.
Employee Stock Option means the stock options given to the directors, officers or employees of a company or of its holding company or subsidiary company or companies, if any, which gives such directors, officers or employees, the benefit or right to purchase, or to subscribe for the shares of the company at a future date at a pre-determined price.
Employee Stock Option means an incentive stock option or a nonqualified stock option granted to an employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries under this Plan by the Committee.
