Employer Policy definition

Examples of Employer Policy in a sentence

  • If the unwelcome behaviour was to continue, the employee will consult the Employer Policy on harassment and will be free to pursue all avenues including the complaint investigation and resolution.

  • The Employer shall reimburse the Employee as follows: Cost of Business Use Insurance Coverage $ (Basic Age Group - Good Driving Record) LESS Cost of Personal Use Insurance Coverage $ (Basic Age Group - Good Driving Record) EQUALS Reimbursement to a maximum $500 or in accordance with Employer Policy, whichever is greater, upon submission of receipts for annual insurance policy.

  • Within the terms of this Agreement, a Union or Employer Policy Grievance shall be defined as any difference between the Employer and the Union concerning the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of any of the provisions of this Agreement.

  • A "disability" of Employee shall be deemed to exist at all times that Employee is considered by the insurance company which has issued any policy of long-term disability insurance owned by Employer or for which premiums are paid by Employer (the "Employer Policy") to be totally disabled under the terms of such policy.

  • In the event of an Employer Policy Grievance, the Executive Director shall submit the grievance to the Union Representative, and the Union Representative shall reply in writing within five (5) working days from the date of the meeting in step 2.

Related to Employer Policy

  • CSR Policy means a statement containing the approach and direction given by the board of a company, taking into account the recommendations of its CSR Committee, and includes guiding principles for selection, implementation and monitoring of activities as well as formulation of the annual action plan;

  • Single Employer Plan any Plan which is covered by Title IV of ERISA, but which is not a Multiemployer Plan.

  • Master Policy means the contract between the Company and the Master Policyholder to provide Life Cover to the insured member on receipt of due premiums.

  • RWI Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.16.

  • Multi-employer Plan means a Plan that is a Multi-employer plan as defined in Section 4001(a)(3) of ERISA.
