EnCap Holder definition

EnCap Holder means, collectively, funds or investment vehicles associated with EnCap Investments L.P. or any Affiliate thereof (including, for the avoidance of doubt, EnCap Energy Capital Fund VIII, L.P., Bold Energy Holdings, LLC and EnCap Energy Capital Fund XI, L.P.).

Related to EnCap Holder

  • Initial Holder has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Octopus Holder means a user of an Octopus who may be an AAVS Account Holder or who has linked his/her Octopus to an AAVS Account in the name of one of his/her family members or friends;

  • Holder means a Person in whose name a Security is registered in the Security Register.

  • Unit Holder means the owner of one or more Units.

  • Investor is defined in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Anchor Investor means a Qualified Institutional Buyer, applying under the Anchor Investor Portion in accordance with the requirements specified in the SEBI ICDR Regulations and the Red Xxxxxxx Prospectus and who has Bid for an amount of at least ₹100 million.

  • Investor Limited Partner means any Limited Partner so designated at the time of its admission as a partner of the Partnership.
