Investor definition

Investor shall have the meaning specified in the preamble to this Agreement.

Investor means the Buyer, any transferee or assignee thereof to whom a Buyer assigns its rights under this Agreement in accordance with Section 9 and who agrees to become bound by the provisions of this Agreement, and any transferee or assignee thereof to whom a transferee or assignee assigns its rights under this Agreement in accordance with Section 9 and who agrees to become bound by the provisions of this Agreement.

Investor has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

• The Investor hereby agrees, represents and warrants that he realizes and acknowledges that factual matters now existing and unknown to him may have given or may hereafter give rise to claims which are presently unknown, unsuspected, unliquidated, unmatured and/or contingent, and he further agrees, represents and warrants that this release has been negotiated and agreed upon in view of that realization.
